Candidates who are interested in joining the FirstBank Graduate Trainee Programme must have the under listed competencies:

• Good team player

Below are the eligibility criteria:

1. A maximum age of 27 years by 30 June 2026
2. A minimum of 5 credits (including English and Mathematics) in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE)
3. University Educational Qualification - A minimum of Second-Class Honours (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline
4. NYSC completion by 30 June 2026
