Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Provide financial guidance and support to management and staff
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve financial goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
