Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
