Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our programs, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial guidance to our teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial operations of our programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Provide financial guidance to our teams, including budgeting and forecasting
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
• Collaborate with our teams to identify and mitigate financial risks
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management
• Proven track record of managing financial operations and providing financial guidance to teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with financial software and systems
