Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide financial guidance and support to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Certification in accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is an added advantage.
