We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate must be a certified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Supervise and train junior accountants
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
• Provide financial guidance and support to management
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Certified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to motivate and train junior accountants
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
• Ability to stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws
