Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Provide financial analysis and advice to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Certification in accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is an added advantage
