A start-up fintech is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and digital transaction reconciliations. You will prepare compliant financial reports, ensure regulatory adherence, and provide insights to support fintech business growth.

• Manage daily accounting operations and digital transaction reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Ensure adherence to tax laws, audits, and fintech regulatory standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to align financial processes with fintech innovations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a BSC
• 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
