Job Description
You are the person who makes DoAm real for the artisans of Accra — sitting with master electricians, plumbers, and carpenters to onboard them onto our platform. You will be the face of DoAm in Accra, building relationships with artisans, and helping them to grow their businesses. You will be responsible for onboarding artisans across Accra face-to-face, and will be the primary point of contact for them. You will work closely with our product team to understand their needs and provide feedback to help us improve our product. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating any risks associated with onboarding new artisans.
