Mission:
To support data-driven product development and lifecycle management by translating business and customer needs into actionable insights, user stories, and performance metrics, while actively participating in Agile delivery processes to ensure continuous value realization, customer experience optimization, and commercial success.
Description:
Translate business requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Support backlog refinement and ensure readiness of items for Agile delivery
- Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure timely feature delivery
- Support and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test cases, defect tracking, and sign-off
- Maintain accurate product documentation, reports, and knowledge repositories
- Track product performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements
- Collaborate with Marketing and CX teams to support product positioning and go-to-market readiness
- Prepare internal materials including FAQs, journey flows, and training guides
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform product improvements
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to management and stakeholders
Education:
- First degree in any related discipline
- Fluent in English
Experience:
3-7 years’ experience which includes:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in product development, analysis, management, or related fields.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience in telecom or digital services is an advantage
