We are looking for a relentless, highly adaptable B2B growth hacker (AI security startup) to be the "right hand" to the founder/CEO across all go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other tools to build highly targeted lists of CISOs, CTOs, and CFOs at Fortune 500 companies.
• Coordinate personalised digital and physical outreach campaigns.
• Continuously monitor the rapidly changing AI landscape.
• Research competitor pricing, feature updates, and regulatory news (like the EU AI Act) and brief the founder on strategic gaps we can exploit.
• Monitor analytics on our personalised video pitches and marketing collateral, triggering immediate follow-up sequences when executives engage with our content.
• Distribute our free tools and content organically across Reddit, HackerNews, and Discord to drive inbound developer traffic.
• You might be scraping a database one day, drafting a cold email sequence the next, and researching a new competitor the day after. You must thrive in ambiguity.

Requirements

• Flawless Written English: You will be drafting communications intended for Fortune 500 executives.
• Extreme Detail Orientation: A typo in a physical mailer to a CISO kills the deal.
• Tech-Savviness: You must understand (or aggressively learn) the basics of generative AI (LLMs, APIs, and prompt injection). If you don't know what an API is, this isn't the role for you.
• Hustle & Resourcefulness: When you hit a wall, you don't stop. You find a workaround.
• Startup Agility: We are an early-stage startup
