Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts according to standard recipes. Measure and mix ingredients accurately for consistency and quality. Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality. Produce buffet desserts (cakes, cupcakes, pastries, small chops desserts) on schedule. Ensure freshness and proper storage of baked goods. Design and decorate cakes using buttercream, fondant, icing, and toppings. Execute custom cake designs based on customer requests.
