Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.

Generate and qualify leads through various sales and marketing channels.

Develop and present compelling business proposals and presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain accurate sales records and provide periodic business development reports.

Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong research, lead generation, and prospecting skills.
  • Experience preparing proposals, bids, and business presentations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
