Chemistry Teachers

As a Chemistry Teacher you will design and deliver engaging science lessons, blending theoretical concepts with practical lab experiments. Responsibilities include managing laboratory safety, developing syllabi, grading assessments, and tracking student progress toward exams like WAEC, NECO, or the IGCSE. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning: Create and deliver structured chemistry curricula tailored to different learning levels and specific examination boards. 
• Laboratory Management: Oversee and conduct safe, interactive experiments. This requires preparing chemical reagents, maintaining equipment, and strictly enforcing lab safety protocols. 
• Student Assessment: Design exams, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student comprehension, providing constructive feedback.
• Classroom Management: Maintain an orderly, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Administrative Duties: Update student records, attend faculty meetings, and participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss academic progress.
