Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer engagement
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
