Client Relations Officer

• Manage KYC processes and documentation and onboarding for new clients.
• Resolve all issues related to new user accounts, profiles, and login details.
• Act as an intermediary between Finance and Internal Control Departments to ensure confirmation of deposits and the execution of buy/sell mandates.
• Liaise with the compliance department to resolve clients' complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer communications.
• Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone and email to provide information on Capital’s investment products, asset management services, and market updates; address inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Offer effective solutions to customer issues, including technical troubleshooting and billing inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to foster collaboration and satisfaction.
• Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems in person or remotely.
• Ensure strict compliance with CBN, SEC, and AML/CFT regulations in all client interactions.

• Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in numerically related courses
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services/investment/stockbroking firm, is an added advantage.
• Professional Certification in Customer Service is an added advantage
• Extensive digital proficiency in social media management.
• The candidate must possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organizational and task prioritisation skills
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Must be target-driven and detail-oriented
• Adept and have Conflict Resolution skills
• Strong product knowledge of Investment Products, mutual funds, and Asset Management
• Polished appearance and Excellent Telephone Etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure and meet Service KPIs
