We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Client Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term success. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, helping them achieve their goals while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients.
  • Develop and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proactively monitor client accounts, identify risks, and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to maximize client value.
  • Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and client management tools.
