An established construction and project services organisation is seeking a Construction Support Manager to support project delivery across multiple sites. This role is suited to a commercially strong construction professional with experience in contract administration, quantity surveying and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project resources, financial risks and contractual obligations across the project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
- Eligible for professional registration with a recognised body
- Proven experience in a management role within the construction industry
- Experience in construction contract administration, including JBCC and NEC
- Strong understanding of financial risk management within projects
- Exposure to construction contract systems and frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Contract and Resource Management
- Manage project resources and support effective project delivery
- Engage with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project financials and identify risks
- Provide site and client advisory support
- Quantity Surveying and Project Support
- Support projects through the inception, feasibility and procurement stages
- Manage documentation and contract administration processes
- Oversee the construction stage financial and contractual performance
- Support project close-out and final account processes
