Job Description
The COO/HR/Managing Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily business operations, manage human resources functions, drive organizational growth, and ensure the achievement of ATUSPAY's business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational excellence, team development, regulatory compliance, and overall company performance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and business objectives.
- Drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead organizational transformation and innovation initiatives.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across all departments.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Improve operational processes and systems.
Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
- Manage performance evaluation systems.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
Financial and Compliance Oversight
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor budgets, operational costs, and financial performance.
- Support risk management and internal control processes.
- Work closely with finance and compliance teams.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and employees.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or technology-driven organizations preferred.
- Proven track record in operations management, HR leadership, and strategic planning.
