Customer Care/Sales Representative

MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Responsibilities:

• Call and close orders from warm leads fast, confident, and with purpose
• Handle customer objections and turn hesitation into commitment on every call
• Follow up relentlessly on pending and undelivered orders until they are resolved
• Cross-sell complementary products to increase order value where appropriate
• Track your own deliveries and escalate logistics issues before they become problems
• Submit your daily performance report, your numbers, your blockers, your plan for tomorrow
• Record every customer interaction accurately in our CRM system
• Show up every day ready to hit your delivery rate target—this is your primary metric

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, or other online-based businesses is an advantage.
• Experience In Multilevel Marketing, Real Estate Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and Banking is a plus
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business Tools and CRM platforms.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Fluency in additional local languages is an added advantage.
