Job Description
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Transave's digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, content creation, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Manage the company's social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
- Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on data and analytics.
- Create compelling marketing content, including graphics, videos, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and company events.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular marketing performance reports.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing fintech, financial services, or technology products.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey mapping.
