Digital Product Development Officer – Retail & MSME

Job Description

The Digital Product Development Officer – Retail & MSME is responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of digital products tailored to Retail and MSME banking. This role involves assisting in evaluating digital product proposals from external vendors to ensure alignment with the bank’s objectives. In addition, the role holder is responsible for participating in new product development and conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in Retail and MSME sectors.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management is added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience
