Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Django Developer to join the TeamManager product team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling backend features for our team and workflow management platform. You’ll work closely with product and frontend teams to build reliable APIs, implement business logic, and ensure system performance, security, and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building real-world products and taking ownership of backend systems from idea to deployment.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python & Django
- Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF)
- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Experience with API design and integration
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and permissions
- Familiarity with Git / version control
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience working with multi-tenant or role-based systems is a plus
- Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
