Visit our website at: www.rclfoods.com We are on the hunt for an ER Specialist to join our Groceries Division . The role will be based in Randfontein and will report to the HR Director . The key purpose of this role is to provide expert support and guidance on all employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant application of labour legislation, company policies and procedures, whilst fostering constructive relationships with stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or B-Tech in HR, Honours in Labour Law advantageous.
• 5+ years ER/ HR experience (within manufacturing site preferable).
• 5+Operating in Unionised organisation mandatory.
• Skills: Analytical and Problem Solving Communication Attention to details Interpersonal Decision Making Knowledge : HR principles and practices.
• Employment and labour legislation.
• Collective Bargaining and Union Engagement Conflict Resolution and mediation Case Law and CCMA procedures

Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with Company values, policies and applicable labour laws.
• Support investigations and resolve complex employee complaints, grievances and disciplinary issues in a timely manner.
• Support organisational change initiatives from an ER perspective.
• Participate in union consultations, negotiations and maintain constructive relations with union representatives.
• Provide coaching and training to line managers on employee relations practices, conflict resolution and effective people management.
• Collaborate with HR and Legal to ensure consistent application of Company and legislative compliance.
• Represent Company in external dispute resolutions forums such as CCMA or Bargaining Council.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all ER matters and cases files.
• Compile and analyse ER metrics.
• Promote a positive work environment through proactive ER interventions and culture-building initiatives.
