We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate must possess legal training and practical experience in corporate and commercial administrative processes, with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree
- Must be ZIALE trained but need not be an Advocate
- Proven experience in corporate and commercial-related work
- Practical experience in:
- Permit and licence applications
- Company registration processes
- Corporate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Working knowledge and experience using the ZAM Portal Services system
- Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive, corporate, and administrative support to the Managing Consultant
- Prepare, manage, and maintain corporate and commercial documentation
- Handle applications for various permits, licences, and regulatory approvals
- Maintain company records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Liaise with government institutions, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders
- Support business development and operational activities where required
