A highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) is needed to anchor our executive office in Lekki, Lagos. You will act as the strategic gatekeeper and primary administrative anchor for the MD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Masterfully optimize the MD’s complex daily calendar and meetings.
  • Gatekeeping & Liaison: Filter communications with high diplomacy and act as a bridge between the MD and department heads (HR, HSE, Logistics).
  • Logistics: Coordinate flawless domestic/international travel itineraries and track expenses.
  • Governance: Record comprehensive meeting minutes and rigorously track operational action items.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years supporting C-Suite executives, preferably in the Tech, Energy, or Corporate sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, HR, or a related field. (Certifications like PMP/CAPM are a plus).
  • Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office 365, and tools like Asana/Slack.
  • Traits: Absolute discretion with confidential data, resilience under pressure, and a polished corporate presence.
