Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards.
- Manage factory staff, schedules, and performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and production resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare production and operational reports.
Requirements:
- HND in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in factory or production management.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and workplace safety.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
