Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Design, install, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment on project sites
  • Supervise mechanical installation work to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and project plans
  • Conduct site assessments, inspections, and quality checks
  • Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to deliver projects on schedule
  • Prepare technical reports, site progress updates, and maintenance documentation
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure all work adheres to relevant regulatory and HSE requirements

Requirements:
  • A minimum of an HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years post-qualification experience in a site or field engineering role
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment installation, and preventive maintenance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abuja

Added Advantage:
  • Experience in pipework installation and pressure testing
  • Knowledge of water treatment systems design and operation
  • Experience with water reticulation and distribution networks


Remuneration: NGN 130,000 - 200,000 Monthly
