Responsibilities
The Fraud & Investigation Analyst will be responsible for detecting, investigating, and resolving suspected fraudulent activities across the business. Analyse transactions and user activities, assess alerts and reported incidents, identify emerging fraud patterns, and make evidence-based decisions on cases. The Analyst will also support fraud recovery efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, and recommend improvements to fraud controls and processes to strengthen the organisation’s overall fraud risk management framework.
