Job Description

We are seeking a highly organizedand personable Front Desk/Admin Officer to manage reception duties and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • - Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • - Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • - Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings
  • - Maintain office supplies and handle administrative tasks
  • - Support HR and management with documentation and filing
  • - Ensure reception area is tidy and welcoming

Requirements

  • - Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • - Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • - Professional appearance and customer service orientation with visitor and colleagues
