Job Description
We are seeking a highly organizedand personable Front Desk/Admin Officer to manage reception duties and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- - Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- - Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
- - Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings
- - Maintain office supplies and handle administrative tasks
- - Support HR and management with documentation and filing
- - Ensure reception area is tidy and welcoming
Requirements
- - Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- - Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- - Professional appearance and customer service orientation with visitor and colleagues
