We seek to hire a suitable of candidate for this role

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle reservations, guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Cash handling and all payments' accountability.
  • Handle all guests' complaints calmly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
  • A minimum of a diploma in hospital management, business administration or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations and hotel reservations systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Remuneration:

NGN 100,000
