Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures. Handle reservations, guest inquiries and complaints professionally. Maintain accurate guest records and billing information Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Cash handling and all payments' accountability. Handle all guests' complaints calmly and professionally.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
  • A minimum of a diploma in hospital management, business administration or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations and hotel reservations systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
