Governance Risk and Compliance Administrator

Visit our website: www.rclfoods.com RCL FOODS is seeking a highly motivated Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Administrator to support the administration and governance of user access, SAP and Syspro authorisations, Segregation of Duties (SoD) monitoring, audit compliance, and identity access management processes across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of system access controls, supporting internal and external audits, assisting with SAP GRC activities, and ensuring compliance with established governance frameworks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is building a career in Governance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Information Systems, ERP Security, or Cyber Security.

Minimum Requirements

• BCom (Information Systems, Internal Audit, Accounting, Risk Management, Finance) or a BSc Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics or related field
• Valid driver's licence
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables Power Query VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Data Analysis Dashboard Reporting
• Report writing and data analytics
• Ability to interpret audit findings and control requirements
• Work with large data sets

Duties & Responsibilities

Access Governance Administration

• Administer SAP, Syspro and associated application access requests.
• Create, amend, disable and remove user access in accordance with approved procedures.
• Perform periodic user access reviews and follow-up on identified exceptions.
• Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) monitoring and remediation activities.
• Maintain user master data and authorisation records.

Compliance and Audit Support

• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Maintain audit evidence and control documentation.
• Compile governance, compliance and access review reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and access standards.
• Assist in the resolution of audit findings and remediation plans.

SAP GRC and Security Administration

• Support SAP GRC Access Control processes.
• Monitor emergency access (Firefighter) activities and reporting.
• Assist with role testing and user acceptance testing activities.
• Support role design and role optimisation initiatives.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA and other ERP projects.

Reporting and Analytics

• Produce monthly governance and compliance reports.
• Analyse access trends, SoD violations and user activity.
• Maintain dashboards and management reporting packs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across governance repositories.

Service Management

• Manage and resolve access-related incidents and service requests.
• Ensure SLA compliance for user provisioning activities.
• Provide first-line support to business users on access-related matters.
• Escalate complex issues where required.
