Seplat Energy Plc is a leading indigenous oil and gas company in Nigeria. We are seeking highly motivated and talented young graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the oil and gas industry. As a graduate trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain hands-on experience in different areas of the business. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and development programmes. The programme is a 2-year programme that will provide you with the opportunity to work in different departments of the company and gain a comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas industry. At the end of the programme, you will be awarded a certificate and be considered for a permanent role in the company.
