Growth and Community Executive

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer acquisition and growth strategies to increase café awareness and footfall.
• Manage the café’s social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence online.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organisations.
• Promote and manage the café’s loyalty programme to drive customer retention and repeat visits.
• Plan and execute community engagement initiatives to build strong relationships with customers.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
• Monitor customer engagement and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
• Contribute to building the café’s brand identity and positioning from inception.
• Develop creative initiatives and events that foster a vibrant and engaged customer community.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, community management or brand growth
• OND in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred
• Experience with a food, hospitality or café brand is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Canva and a knack for content creation
• Creative, energetic and commercially minded
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to plan and execute campaigns, promotions and customers' loyalty programs
• Comfortable developing partnerships with local businesses / companies, creators and influencers
• Able to track marketing performance and turn engagement into actual repeat café visits and sales
• Must live on the Island or within convenient commuting distance of Lekki
