Head of Internal Audit

About the Role

As our Head of Internal Audit, you will serve as the principal assurance officer of Ouranos Technologies Ltd a fast-growing, broad-spectrum technology system integrator operating across IT infrastructure, telecoms, managed services, and enterprise software in Nigeria. Reporting dually to the MD/CEO and the Board Audit & Compliance Committee, you will lead the design and execution of our risk-based audit programme protecting the business from the inside, while enabling us to scale with confidence.

What You'll Own

• Risk-based annual audit plan across financial, operational, IT, and regulatory domains
• IT & cybersecurity audits access controls, data integrity, network security, BCP/DR
• Revenue assurance & fraud risk management across all service and product lines
• Vendor, contract & CAPEX audits to ensure value-for-money and policy compliance
• Regulatory compliance audits FIRS, CBN, NCC, NITDA, EFCC, AML/CFT
• Board-level audit reporting clear, concise, no surprises

What We're Looking For

• 10–15 years of progressive audit, risk, or control experience
• Minimum 5 years in a senior audit leadership role in a technology or telecoms environment
• ACA/ACCA (mandatory) + CIA or CISA (strong advantage)
• Proficiency in data analytics tools: ACL, Power BI, SQL
• Deep knowledge of COSO framework and IIA professional standards
• Nigerian regulatory landscape expertise: FIRS, CBN, NCC, NITDA
