The Head of Mission is responsible for the overall management of the mission, ensuring the implementation of the organization's strategy and policies. He/she will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of all activities, including the management of the team, the implementation of projects, and the monitoring and evaluation of results. The Head of Mission will also be responsible for representing the organization in the country and for maintaining relationships with local authorities, partners, and stakeholders.
