Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an Engineer of fabric. You will translate the sketches into geometrical paper patterns.

Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Working Hours: Full Time - Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Create precise paper patterns for every design (Geometry over guesswork)
• Teach Assistant Tailors the specific "brand" seam and finishing techniques.
• Be the only person authorised to use the cutting machines to minimise waste.
• Ensure Zero Waste cutting layouts.

Requirements:

• Must pass the "Pattern Test": You must demonstrate the ability to draft a pattern on paper before cutting fabric.
• Proficiency in cutting complex garments (Suits, Agbada, and Structured/Stretchy Hoodies) in an advantage.
