Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage after-sales technical support and service operations for home appliances.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical faults related to consumer electronic and home appliance products.
- Coordinate repair activities, maintenance schedules, warranty claims, and technical service delivery.
- Monitor and ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and operational updates using computer systems and software.
- Train and guide technicians on troubleshooting procedures, repair standards, and customer handling.
- Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts, tools, and technical materials.
- Maintain service quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and technical procedures.
Requirements:
- HND in electrical electronics engineering, consumer electronics, or any related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in home appliance electronics and consumer electronics.
- Strong technical knowledge of home appliances, electronics, and after-sales service operations.
- Must possess the 3 Cs: computer skills, communication skills, and consumer electronics skills.
- Proficiency in the use of computers, Microsoft Office, and service management systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple technical issues effectively.
- Candidates’ CVs must strictly reflect experience in home appliance electronics only.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 450,000 Monthly
