Job Description

RCL FOODS is a deeply rooted South African food manufacturer that produces some of the country’s most-loved brands. Our Talent Team is currently building a Talent Pool of candidates who would be interested in joining RCL FOODS in the future. We are seeking to build up a talent pipeline of HR Practitioner’s in Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement: Implement and drive employee engagement initiatives, coordinate employee events, support change management initiatives, and champion diversity and inclusion.
• Employee Relations: Provide support on employee relations matters, facilitate disciplinary hearings, and represent the organization at CCMA.
• Resourcing / Talent Acquisition: Partner with line managers to understand hiring needs, promote diversity and inclusion, and conduct interviews.
• Talent Management: Support talent management strategies, facilitate individual development plans, and drive succession planning.
• HR Administration: Manage onboarding, terminations, and exit interviews, ensure data integrity in HR systems, and run HR reports.

Requirements

• National Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial or Organization Psychology
• Valid drivers’ licence
• At least 3-5 years’ experience as a HR generalist
