Hyatt Regency is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill the following positions: 1. Housekeeper 2. Front Desk Officer 3. Chef 4. Maintenance Technician 5. Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Perform housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working order
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
