Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls related to E-commerce (online) and Fashion Delivery orders.
- Assist the customer with tracking their orders.
- Assist customers with online profile.
- Liaising with couriers and stores and giving feedback to the customer.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Previous relevant experience is advantageous.
Competencies
Technical: Essential Competencies:
- Computer literate (Excel, Word).
- Vision experience is highly advantageous.
Behavioural:
- The ability to work independently, in a fast paced environment.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- An ability to focus and concentrate.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Good telephonic manner.
