Level of Study: Graduated with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree within the past 12 moths. Skills Computer applications like Outlook and Microsoft office Able to work independently Effective communication - verbal & written Team working skills Language requirement Fluent in English. Knowledge of a second working language of the Bank will be an advantage. Job Purpose The Operations Intern will gain practical experience in the day-to-day work of the Regional Hub. Working under the guidance of the supervisor, the intern will support operational activities, project coordination, meeting organization, and administrative tasks while contributing to ongoing projects. This role provides an opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional development environment and gain hands-on experience in the operations of the Islamic Development Bank. Core Tasks and Responsibilities Participate in various Operations tasks and ongoing projects assigned by the supervisor in an area that reinforces their academic or specific interests. Provide logistical and coordination support: organizing the various meetings in the Hub, including preparation of materials and coordination of logistics before, during and after meeting. Review various program documents, including partner reports and deliverables, preparing program statistics and analyses as needed. Assist with the development and documentation of success stories of the different Projects in the Hub and get these published in the IsDB Newsletter. Undertake general support functions such as preparing PowerPoint presentations, filing, documentation, scanning e.t.c. Undertake at least one knowledge sharing session in RHK in an area of interest.
