Job Description
- Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan.
- Conduct financial, operational, compliance, and inventory audits.
- Review the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Perform periodic and surprise stock audits across warehouses and branches.
- Verify compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Audit procurement, production, warehouse, sales, and distribution processes.
- Investigate fraud, stock losses, and control weaknesses where necessary.
- Prepare audit reports and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- Identify business risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Safeguard company assets by ensuring adherence to established controls.
