Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, goal-driven, and experienced Investment Advisor to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, conducting inspections, and building strong client relationships.
- Candidates must have prior experience working in a real estate company with strong sales and client management skills.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for property sales
- Conduct site inspections with clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet assigned sales targets and business goals
- Present property investment opportunities to clients
- Maintain proper records of leads, inspections, and sales activities
- Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- Previous experience in a real estate firm is mandatory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Target-driven and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Abuja real estate market is an added advantage
