Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality intercontinental meals.
  • Maintain food quality and consistency.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage food preparation stations.
  • Minimise food waste and control inventory.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of continental and intercontinental cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Culinary certification is an added advantage.


Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000 Monthly
