Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality intercontinental meals.
- Maintain food quality and consistency.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage food preparation stations.
- Minimise food waste and control inventory.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of continental and intercontinental cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Culinary certification is an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000 Monthly
