Logistics Assistant – National Position

Job Description

The Logistics Assistant will assist in ensuring the logistical needs of the Katsina Area are met, in close coordination with the Logistics Team at the Country Office. Provide overall support for logistics management at the Katsina location, assist in implementing procurement and logistics procedures in line with organizational and donor regulations, support preparation and processing of procurement documents, including bids and purchase requests, follow up on Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Job Completion Certificates from program teams, maintain proper filing systems and documentation for all logistics and procurement activities, manage warehouse/store operations and ensure regular asset tagging and inventory updates, coordinate vehicle requests, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs as required by the supervisor.
