NRC operates across six core competencies: Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Shelter, Education, Information Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA), Livelihoods and Food Security (LFS), Camp Management, and Protection.&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: justify;">We are looking for people who are passionate about helping refugees and people forced to flee.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">If you are such a person, NRC Nigeria is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Logistics Intern to join our Country Office in Abuja. The intern will support the logistics unit in ensuring the smooth running of operations. We encourage qualified candidates to apply early, as applications may be screened prior to the closing date.</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Assist in procurement processes by collecting quotations, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with NRC procurement policies</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Support supplier follow-up to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Maintain and update asset inventory records, ensuring accuracy and accountability</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Ensure proper documentation and filing of logistics records on O365 for audit readiness</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Support data entry and database updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Assist in asset disposal processes in line with NRC policies and procedures</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Support market assessments and supplier prequalification processes as required</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to support logistics and operations</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">&nbsp;</p>
