About the Role

Our client is seeking experienced, physically fit, and safety-conscious Male Pool Lifeguards to join their team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This is an excellent opportunity for qualified lifeguards looking to build an international career while working in a professional and dynamic environment. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers, preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and maintaining the highest standards of pool safety and customer service.

Salary & Benefits

• Initial Salary: AED 1,500 per month

• Salary after 6 Months: AED 1,700 per month (subject to satisfactory performance)

• Opportunity for career growth and international work experience.


Working Schedule

• Working Hours: 12 hours per day

• Working Days: 26 days per month


Key Responsibilities

• Supervise swimming pools and ensure the safety of all pool users.

• Monitor activities in and around the pool to prevent accidents and unsafe behaviour.

• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing water rescues and administering first aid or CPR where necessary.

• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations.

• Conduct routine inspections of the pool area and report any hazards or maintenance issues.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the pool environment.

• Provide excellent customer service while assisting guests and visitors.

• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records when required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.


Minimum Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Valid and internationally recognized Lifeguard Certification from one of the following:

• American Red Cross • Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS)

• International Life Saving Society

• PADI

• Government-approved Lifeguard Training Centre Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Pool Lifeguard in a hotel, resort, sports facility, water park, or similar environment.


Eligibility Requirements Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Male candidates only.

• Age: 21–35 years.

• Minimum Height: 170 cm.

• Maximum Weight: 80 kg with a well-proportioned physique.

• Physically fit, medically fit, and able to perform water rescue duties.

• Well-groomed, disciplined, and professional in appearance.


Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent swimming and rescue skills.

• Strong knowledge of water safety procedures and emergency response.

• Valid First Aid and CPR knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly during emergencies.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility.

• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
