Job Description

Job Title: Manage the day-to-day operations and administrative activities of the brand

Manage and motivate staff to achieve performance targets, ensure excellent customer satisfaction and brand reputation, maintain quality control for all products (shoes and leather goods), manage brand campaigns, monitor campaigns' performance and give performance reports, ensure company policies, standards and procedures are followed, content and brand storytelling, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend based on data and insights.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in fashion, manufacturing or marketing management.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, communications or a related discipline is an advantage.
  • Management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, patience, and analytical intelligence for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience using digital tools and social media platforms like Canva, Microsoft excel, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Time management.

Remuneration
